This is a great easy in the hoop project to make. It will make a wonderful gift for all occasions. Instructions are straight-forward step-by-step with photographs. The project can be customized where you can add an embroidery design or words. Use special fabric to show off the wine slippers for special occasions.
The bottom is 2 layers of fabric with batting between the layers. The top piece is fabric folded in half - these are very sturdy and protective wine slippers!
